Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the appointment, the £20 deposit will not be refunded.
Late Arrival Policy
No charge is applied if you are up to fifteen minutes late, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, the deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new reservation.
Studio Fee
The first two hours of your session is free, after two hours (from the time you booked)，a small studio fee of £10 per person will be charged.
