Service Description
This is a ceramic painting experience using pre-made bisque pieces. Due to the nature of ceramic paints and kiln firing, final results may vary. Colour changes, bleeding, surface variations or glaze effects are normal outcomes of the ceramic process and are not considered defects. Kiln firing involves inherent risks and we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate. In the rare event that a piece is damaged during firing and cannot be delivered, participants may choose either: • a partial refund (25%), or • a free ceramic painting session to make the same item (once only). By booking this session, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session: → A full refund of the deposit will be provided. • Rescheduling requests made between 24 and 72 hours before the session: → One-time rescheduling is allowed free of charge. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session: → The deposit is non-refundable. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session: → The deposit is non-refundable and rescheduling is not allowed.
