Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session:  → A full refund of the deposit will be provided. • Rescheduling requests made between 24 and 72 hours before the session:  → One-time rescheduling is allowed free of charge. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session:  → The deposit is non-refundable. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session:  → The deposit is non-refundable and rescheduling is not allowed.
